Darlene Higgs Hollis, a Certified Master Life & Business Coach, the founder of the Rebranding My Life movement for women, and an ordained minister, is passionate about being a midwife for women birthing their dreams.

A Certified Master Life & Business Coach Trainer, she is also the Founder and lead instructor of Rebranding My Life International Coaching Academy, where she trains women how to follow their passion by becoming Life & Business Coaches.

​Her resilience is found in the way she has bounced back and broken her own silence; a domestic violence survivor and an alienated mother who was in the fight of her life to regain custody of her three children.  She speaks confidently and authoritative to every environment that she is placed in.  ‘Ministry starts with you first’ and Darlene knows firsthand.   Faith, favor and one foot in front of the other are what led Darlene to be a sought-after trailblazer.

Darlene became the vehicle in which God would use to birth, coach and restore girls and women, local and abroad; equipping them to embrace their inner beauty as it so beautifully shows up on the outside. Being the trailblazer that she is, Broken Silence Ministries and “Am I really my Sister’s Keeper?” Women’s Conference and “Why Am I Here?” Teen Girls Conference were birthed in 2014.  Women all over have been  compelled to share their stories to overcome shame and let other women know that there is still hope; you must speak up for what you want and believe in. In essence, the silence must be broken.

After experiencing a wholistic approach — a transformation in mind, body, spirit and gifts — to rebrand her own life, she knows that this method of coaching is necessary to bring transformation to the total woman.

As a former Certified high school educator, Darlene knows the importance of not just educating, but also the importance of the student knowing how to master the skill and implement. She wants to ensure that every professional coach that comes through the doors of RMLICA not only receives the certification, but have been given tools and strategies for a successful practice to make a change in the lives of the other women.
